At what price?Yes, the foreign currency can be reserved on the website and be delivered to any one of our 15 stores. The exchange rate to be applied will be the prevailing exchange rate for the sale of foreign currency when making the reservation. It is a repurchase and not a refund, which is why the exchange rate to be applied will not be the same as when the foreign currency was purchased. These types of transactions may be reserved on the website in order to collect the corresponding Euros in the store, but are not available for home delivery.
I have some leftover foreign coins from a trip. Do you purchase those coins?No, due to operational and security reasons only foreign banknotes are purchased, never coins.

Is it possible to make several reservations?It is possible, simply select the "Add another currency" option and repeat the process as many times as you need currencies, once you have chosen your currencies, select "Book Now".
Why does the website calculator change the amount that I have selected?This may be due to several reasons. If the minimum amount of 20 Euros is not reached or the maximum of 5900 Euros is exceeded, the calculator will change the amount. Furthermore, we only work with foreign banknotes, not with coins. The amount will be adjusted until a possible amount in banknotes is obtained.
What are the advantages of reserving foreign currency with Ria as compared to banks?Most banks do not have 60 foreign currencies available. Ria may have available the foreign currency in 2-3 business days, while banks may require a week or more. Furthermore, in many cases processing charges and exchange rates which are unfavourable for the client.

Can foreign currency be exchanged there?Currency exchange is only possible in any one of our 18 own stores or on our website. In fact, having a comprehensive Ria agents network which collaborate with us as regards other products, but do not undertake currency exchange operations in their establishments.

The reservation is under my name but I will not be able to collect it. Can I send another person to carry out the transaction?Yes, but the transaction will be made in the name of the person who withdraws the money, and not that of the person named on the reservation.
The reservation is under my name, but the payment in the store will be made by a companion using his/her card. Is this possible?No. Due to security reasons the person named in the reservation and the cardholder whom pays the reservation must coincide.
Is it possible to pay on the website and collect the foreign currency in the store?No. Given that you will be collecting the foreign currency from the store, it is more convenient for you to make a direct payment in the store.
How many days do I have to collect the foreign currency in the store?When making the reservation you can specify the collection date. You can specify up to 5 days from the reservation date.
Is the exchange rate guaranteed for 5 days?Specifically, the exchange rate confirmed in the reservation will be kept until the order is collected, up to a maximum of 5 days.
Finally I will not be able to collect the foreign currency. Are there any cancellation fees?No. No cancellation expenses are applied if the reservation is cancelled.

I have selected the bank transfer option. What should I do?Once the reservation is completed you must carry out the bank transfer to any one of the 2 accounts available and which are specified in the reservation process. You must send the payment receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to activate the remittance. Please note that if you make the transfer during non-working hours, we will contact you on the next business day.
I have selected card payment option. How does it work?Once the reservation is concluded, a message will be displayed specifying that the reservation has been completed and that we will proceed with the payment. Once accepted, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway. You must enter your credit or debit card information on that gateway. Please note that payments made after 1:00 p.m. are considered made the next business day.
